REFUND TIMELINE AND PROCESSING All transactions, including refunds, are securely processed through PayPal or Stripe. For further details, please refer to our Billing T&Cs.

Typically, you can expect to receive your refund within five business days. Sometimes, the bank’s processing time may require additional working days. If you notice any delays with your refund, feel free to contact us for prompt assistance.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND To qualify for a refund or replacement, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  1. Customers must request a replacement or refund within three days of receiving their item.
  2. We offer a replacement item or refund for the following reasons:
    • The product requires fixing.
    • The printing quality needs to be better.
    • The final product significantly differs from the design presented on our website.
    • The received product does not match the order specifications, such as type, size, color, or printing content.

As your order is custom printed specifically for you, refunds or exchanges must be provided for correct fit or preference issues. To ensure the right fit, please carefully review our size chart on each product page before selecting.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT/LOW-QUALITY PRODUCTS Rest assured that we guarantee a free replacement or refund in the following situations:

  1. The design needs to be better printed.
  2. You received a different size from what you ordered.
  3. You received a product different from what you ordered.

To initiate a replacement or refund process, please get in touch with us with your order number and clear photos displaying either the incorrect item, poor print quality, or damaged area of the product.

Please note that we advise reviewing our size chart carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for returns due to sizing issues.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS If you wish to return an item, we only accept returns if the following conditions are met:

  1. Within three days of receiving your shipment.
  2. The thing is in its original condition.
  3. Unwashed and unworn.
  4. In the original packaging.

After contacting our support team and receiving a response, please follow these instructions:

  1. Pack all the returned items and include a printout of your confirmation of purchase email.
  2. Please provide us with the tracking number from the post office or courier.

Once we receive your items, you will receive an email notification. We will also send you another email to notify you if your refund request is approved or rejected.

RETURN SHIPPING COST You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of refund approval, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
